Sean YazdaniAfshin Yazdani is born and raised in Iran and obtained his bachelor’s degree in laws (Civil) in 2002 from the University of Pahlavi (Shiraz). He earned his Master’s degree in International Law in 2004 with GPA 3.9 from the University of IA of Tehran. Mr. Yazdani began his Ph.D. in Public International Law in 2005 at the age of 24 while he began his career as a professor of law at the IA University Law Faculty, specializing in Public International Law, Private International Law, Law of International Organization, and Comparative Law.

He engaged in legal services as a Criminal and Real Estate Lawyer in Iran in 2004, focusing on financial fraud offences and Property Construction Development as well as municipality law. Before joining the Iranian Bar Association, Mr. Yazdani acted as a Legal Consultant – Contracting Affairs at the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC).

In 2006, Mr. Yazdani obtained his permit to practice of law in UAE, specializing in Property Construction Development Law and Foreign Investment Law. He lectured various law courses including Public International Law, International Organization Law, Private International Law at Islamic Azad University, Dubai Campus from 2007 until 2012.

In 2012, He founded “YAZDANI & ASSOCIATES CONSULTING” in Toronto, Ontario, focusing on business management and international law consulting in real estate investment construction development. In 2014, he established “YAZDANI IMMIGRATION SERVICES” in Vancouver, British Colombia after he obtained his Immigration Consultant diploma from Montreal in Quebec.

In 2015, He enrolled in a graduate study program at Osgoode Professional Development in Toronto and graduated with Honour in 2016, as He is pursuing his LL.M in Canadian Common Law now.

Mr. Yazdani joined to the “WWICS Group” an international immigration organization based in Toronto, Ontario Canada as a Manager Counsel in 2016.

Mr. Yazdani is the author of books, booklets, and journal articles in the field of Public International Law, Dubai Property, Arbitration Law, and Canada Immigration Law.
